Sadly, more times than not, the other team was running under mine.

Clintwood, Burton and PV will all be neck in neck IMHO the team that makes it threw the season with the fewest key injurys will probably take the top spot.

Kelly could give the top 3 a run for there money

Appy looks TO ME to be looking at a down year

Pound may stay closer with some of the other LPD teams this year but IMHO will still be 0-5 in the District

I will agree with you Counts. Appy will probably have to rely on the young Stuart kid for a lot this year. I believe that is his name.

Mason Stuart and Steven Sizemore are really the only starters returning as far as defense and offense. The rest of the postions are up for grabs.
I see PV and Clintwood fighting it out. I think Burton will still be tough..along with Kelly. I hope the boys from Appy prove me wrong..but with so many positons to fill and only one senior coming up..they will an extrmeley young team. Pound??? Will they even field a team this year?? Not being a smarta$$ but as I recall they only had like 16 players last year and a small JV squad.

Appalachia is going to be in a really rough situation this year. I'll be surprised if they manage to win a game.

Not hating on the school or team.. I think most around here know that I've almost always enjoyed the program. I just don't see them mounting anything at all this year. If they do, consider me a crow-eating champ!

I guess I'm doubting on Clintwood, because it seems like when they should be good, they struggle. When they should struggle, they are good. They definitely have to avoid their slow starts, and a few key players have to mature and become leaders.

I'm just going to have to disagree with you this time. I really think that c'wood is going to win the Division 1 State Championship. 12-2 or 13-1

Burton will be good enough to beat PV, but they arent going to have the talent to win anything meaningful. (8-3) first or second round playoff loss to C'wood.

PV will be a train wreak this year. 5-5 maybe 6-4 if things go well. First round playoff loss to whomever they play.
